THE MODEL
Each training session brings intentional reps that are directly connected to real in-game scenarios — allowing players to develop the skill, decision-making, and confidence to perform when it matters most.
Players will be placed into groups based on age and development stage. The age groups include:
9U / 10U / 11U / 12U / 13U
THE WORKOUTS

- Situational Reads (spacing, change of pace, off-ball movement)
Every detail is coached with an emphasis on understanding why each movement matters in live game play.
